Sigmon family reunion, Charleston, SC

We had the best time at the Chloe Sigmon family reunion 2011! Thanks so much to Tammy for heading it up and putting so much warmth into it for us. We stayed at this amazing beach house on Isle of Palms. I think there was somewhere around 25 people there. It all centered around Chloe Sigmon which is Ryan's great grandmother on his dad's side. Chloe had 5 daughters, Dixie, Jane, Linda, Elaine, and Celia. Celia is who we refer to as Grammy, Addison's great grandmother. I am convinced that I am a part of the most loving, kind, giving family in all the world. The Lord was so gracious to me, allowing me to marry into such rich love! The love that was extended out to our children was intense to say the least! They were spoiled sweet! I don't think Cohen sat in his bouncy seat but maybe 2 times and Addison...well lets just say she didn't want for anything! All the family helped take care of them to the point that Ryan and I would go almost all day and feel like we hadn't even talked to Addison...not that she even cared, she was in heaven soaking up all that sugar from everyone! Seriously beautiful family!

Ryan's dad and sister took some pictures on the beach for the families. I think we got some good shots.

After two kids he can still hold me! woohoo!
We lost the light but not the love!
This reminds me of "The Lion King."

I promise you she is happier than she looks.

Seriously!! So stinking cute!! The sun perfectly illuminates his little bit of spiked hair. If you look closely you CAN see it!
The whole clan! So fun!
Cohen's great Grammy!
Uncle Drew! Addison's favorite uncle!
We walked the Cooper River Bridge. It was so awesome. Just felt like the Charleston thing to do!

She knows she is sooo cool! She is totally working it!
She knows all the camera angles.
Don't you just want to kiss those cheeks!

The zoo!

We took Addison to the zoo for the first time a few weeks ago. She loved it! She was really taken by the metallic animals they had displayed all over the zoo. She and her two friends Addison, and Emmie held hands almost the whole time they walked. So fun to watch her actually have friends, say their name, and enjoy each others presence. My mom and brother came as well and it was the perfect family adventure.

This girl who is afraid of a small dog will let this giant giraffe eat right out of her hand. Slimy!
Her they are Addison, Emmie, and Addison.
Best friends forever!
Two of the most sweet Addisons I know!
The whole gang. My friend Stacy and her two daughters and April and her mom, Kathy, and daughter. Couldn't imagine a greater gang than this!

It's been too long

So here is a melting pot of what we have been up to for the last month or so.

What a wonderful family picture at our LR homecoming! Picture frame worthy!
Eating with Macy in a truck bed. Good times!

Red Wolf Farm was so much fun. Addison got to pet animals and pick out a pumpkin! Had a blast watching her around the animals! She thought the small pumpkins were balls and was trying to throw them.
That's the one!! The perfect pumpkin! She has the best eye for these things!

She is helping hold the bottle to feed the baby cow. So brave!
The goats were a little weird to her. She didn't want to get too close.
The boys getting ready to go to Charlotte to attend the PBR bull riding competition.
This girl can eat a lemon...and no sour face either!!
Cohen loves his bath!!
Our friend April and her daughter Addison came to visit and this a was Addison's first sleepover. We had such a great time!
The Gochnauer's visited us and as you can see Addison loves Levi. She would say "wewi" for Levi. She still says his name and she hasn't seen him in a month!
What a blessing it is to have such wonderful friends. Thanks so much for coming to visit us!
My mom's 70th birthday! Sorry mom maybe you didn't want me to mention your age but you look amazing and definitely not 70!!
She is so beautiful and even looks great with cheeks full of air!
